Westlake waterfront, hot tub, dock 4 mins to beach

Many things were not great…..stove was dirty/soiled, prior guest must have dropped some food/liquid in the freezer there was a large icicle of frozen food in it, the bbq had rusted upper grills, and the main cooking area grills were dirty. Bottom line….the cleaner needs to go. One last thing but no fault of the owner….we were awoken our the last morning of our stay by the police who apparently were looking to speak to the owner as a noise complaint had been filed by someone in the area about a property a few homes away from our location which caused disturbance. A few positives- very responsive owner, house is well laid out and roomy, good location as a base while in PEC.

Beautiful home and location.Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, including extra towels for swimming and parking passes for the beach.Would be 5 star if owners paid a bit more attention to cleanliness inside and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was incredibly accommodating. We arrived as a group of 8 women looking for a relaxing getaway in PEC and it did not disappoint! The house had everything we needed- beautifully designed rooms that were clean, cozy and had great views! The outdoor spaces were perfect for our group and we loved the outdoor hot tub and the walk out to the dock. Highly recommend this spot!

Property was clean and easy to find and ideally situated to explore PEC. Rooms were well appointed and bathrooms were cleaned and well stocked and the kitchen is very nice and easy to use. It was a great visit!
